Simply Be Dance Company is proud to announce Simply Be Dance CREW — the official competitive hip-hop division of our studio.

CREW is designed for intermediate and advanced dancers who are ready to commit, grow, and stand out. Dancers who audition and are selected will be immersed in a high-energy, focused training environment that pushes both artistry and athleticism.

What to Expect:

• Comprehensive training in hip-hop fundamentals and styles, including grooves, tutting, waving, voguing, popping, and more

• Detailed footwork development

• Introduction to breaking (foundational level)

• Industry-level competitive choreography

• Opportunities to perform at hip-hop conventions, showcases, competitions, and more

This is more than just a team — it’s a movement, a mindset, and a community.

Simply Be Dance CREW dancers will develop not only their technique, but also their confidence, versatility, and stage presence, preparing them for the evolving world of hip-hop dance.

Additional Performance Opportunities:
CREW members will also perform and compete in a full-company, cross-genre competitive piece, bringing together both Company and CREW dancers in one dynamic, high-level production.
